Weekly work

At the start of each week, on a Monday morning, the work for the children will be placed on the Squirrel Class Page including any worksheets to complete. If you do not have access to a printer, you could use the example questions (particularly on the Maths worksheets) to create your own work or write the answer on to another piece of paper.

If you have completed a piece of work, you can save it in:

Google Drive

Squirrel Class Shared Drive

Your own personal folder.

If you would like to share your work with the class, you can put it on Google Classroom stream.

If you would like do something different, then try one of the tasks or links below.

It is so important that children continue to read for at least 15 minutes a day. For many children, they will have books at home which they can be reading.

For those children on the reading scheme: if you register (for free) on the Oxford Owl website, you can access a range of tablet-friendly ebooks, which are searchable by age and book band -

Visit Pobble 365 everyday. If the picture gives you an idea for a piece of writing, go for it! Remember to keep checking your spelling and punctuation (I'm sure you have a blue pen at home!)

To complete some Computing work, Topic , Maths, English or Art work, you can log into Purple Mash.

Log on to YouTube at 9am every weekday to take part in a Joe Wicks 30-minute PE session.
