Our Senior Mental Health Lead (SMHL) is Mrs. Ratley (headteacher), but we currently have three other members of staff participating in training to become mental health ambassadors: Mrs Boldero and Mrs Manning (teaching assistants) and Mrs Millin (teacher).
We put mental health and wellbeing at the forefront of everything we do. We pride ourselves in getting to know our children and their families and put support into place at the earliest opportunity.
We work closely with the Mental Health in Schools Team (MHST) to gain specialist advise and support from the NHS team.
We are here to work with parents. If you have any concerns about your child's mental health and wellbeing, please do not hesitate to contact either your child's class teacher, or Mrs. Ratley.

The Mental Health in Schools Team MHST run a number of workshops for parents to book onto directly. Future planned events include: Supporting your child and adolescent with low mood, Supporting your child with anxiety and big feelings, Building confidence and managing anxiety, Supporting your child with eating difficulties. Mental Health Support Team (MHST)
The Mental Health Support Team work with the schools and children's parents in supporting young people with mild to moderate mental health difficulties.
Mental health and wellbeing is built into our PSHE curriculum. We also have many opportunities in the school to promote good mental health and wellbeing and to develop new skills and techniques as well as taking part in activities that help to develop the children personally.
